protools new track shortcut:
mac: cmd+shift+n
pc:ctrl+shift+n
that will open up the new track dialog
to change the track type
(audio, midi, aux, instrument)
mac: cmd+up / cmd+down
pc: ctrl+up / ctrl+down
to change the number of chanels per track (mono, stereo, 5.0, 5.1, 7.1, etc)
mac: cmd+left / cmd+right
pc: ctrl+left / ctrl+right
