Homebrew Apple Cider from Juice

I saw a few posts on reddit and read a couple of blog posts about making homebrew cider from shop bought juice.

I decided to try it out – here is how I did it

  1. get apple juice
  2. put it in a container
  3. add sugar, add yeast
  4. leave it
  5. bottle it

It was very easy to make, just add 5L apple juice to a container, add some sugar (I used an online calculator, but basically poured in 3/4 of a bag of sugar and checked with the hydrometer

After bottling I decided to fill an old torp from my beerwulf machine.

it was very easy to do (just pop off the top with a knife, blow inside, rinse and fill.

It was perfect :)
