Weihenstephan is the world’s oldest brewery, with roots going back to 1040 AD in Bavaria, and their beers are a masterclass in German brewing tradition. The Hefeweissbier is perhaps their most famous offering — a hazy, golden wheat beer with gorgeous banana and clove aromas and a creamy, satisfying body. Drinking Weihenstephan is essentially drinking a piece of brewing history.
