Beavertown Neck Oil is one of the UK’s most iconic session IPAs, and if you haven’t tried it yet, you’re genuinely missing out. Brewed by London-based Beavertown Brewery, Neck Oil has become a benchmark for what a session IPA should be — full of flavour, incredibly drinkable, and dangerously easy to open another.

At just 4.3% ABV, it punches well above its weight. The beer pours a hazy pale gold with a bright white head, and the aroma is immediately tropical — think mango, passionfruit, grapefruit, and a hint of pine. On the palate it delivers exactly what the nose promises: a burst of citrus and tropical fruit hops balanced by a light biscuit malt base and a clean, refreshing bitterness that lingers just long enough.

The iconic skull and crossbones can design is instantly recognisable on the shelves, and the beer inside lives up to the branding every time. Whether you’re at a BBQ, watching a match, or just fancy a cold one after work, Neck Oil is the perfect all-rounder. An absolute staple of the modern UK craft beer scene.
