At 42% ABV, the nose is immediately inviting — rose petal, raspberry, elderflower, and a whisper of citrus. The juniper is present but restrained, allowing the floral and fruit botanicals to shine. On the palate it’s smooth and fragrant with flavours of pink grapefruit, rose water, light berry, and a delicate sweetness that never tips into cloying territory. The finish is clean and refreshingly light with lingering floral notes. Served with elderflower tonic, ice, frozen blueberries, and strawberries — as it was here — it’s a genuinely beautiful summer drink.
