How to sync podcast subscription information between iphone and ipad

This post will show you how to sync your podcast subscriptions between your ipad and iphone

in your iphone / ipad:
goto settings > podcasts
turn ‘sync subscriptions’ on

currently you cant sync subscriptions via icloud to itunes on your mac, but this feature is coming in itunes 11 :)
