Second batch of homebrew apple cider โ another step in the journey to nailing the recipe. Made from fresh apple juice fermented with wine yeast, this batch turned out OK but came out with a notably bitter finish, suggesting the fermentation may have run too dry or the yeast choice produced a sharper character than expected. All part of the learning process.

















This one turned out OK, but has a very bitter taste!
