This will show you how to burn the downloaded osx lion to a dvd so that you can do a fresh install.
1) download lion from the app store.
2) right click the downloaded file
3) click ‘show package contents’
4) go to contents > sharedsupport
5) right click on the installesd.dmg
6) burn it with disk utility [or burn]
enjoy your lion install dvd :D
