Natural Selection Brewing are a Herriot-Watt University Masters Project (yep, they do a masters degree in beer!)
Each year they choose to do a different beer, and they do everything themselves – they concept the beer, make the recipe, brew it, package it, market it, distribute it, hold a launch event and a tasting tour (We got it from oddbins near work!)
This is an English Special Bitter and uses American Hops (Willamette, Centennial, Columbus and is dry hopped with Mosaic – which, apparently is a cousin of Citra…)
Its a nice tasting beer, so grab some if you can!
