At work we use myzone as an incentive to keep people fit – we have challenges each month to see who can do the most :)
Ive used Huel in the past, but the white version has lots of carbs – the black version is higher in protein and lower in carbs, so Im trying that out :)
Im also trying to do 1000 jumping jacks a day for 6 days (repeating till the end of this month) so fat I have lost 2lbs (not much, but Ive only been going for 3 days!)
Hopefully the huel stops me eating crap at lunch (and stops me drinking cans of fizzy juice)
