Tasting Notes
Goldfinch pours a clear, light golden colour with a delicate white head. The nose is fresh and gently hoppy โ floral notes, a hint of citrus, and the clean grain character that comes from quality organic malt. On the palate it’s light and crisp: soft malt sweetness, gentle floral and citrus hop character, and a clean, refreshing finish that makes it very easy to drink. It’s a sessionable, approachable pale ale that prioritises drinkability without sacrificing character.
