Keynote Panel: what does the future hold for blockchain technology
I started watching a talk about investing in ICOs and moved over to the panel on blockchain in the future – there were lots of ideas on the uses of the technology – breaking down borders, accessible transfers of verified information, etc
a lot of things comparing the projects from opensource groups and the projects of closed organisations – not comparing the tech, but comparing the infrastructures and governance structures
also, a great point that not everything needs to be on the blockchain, but that you have to find a fit as ith everything – integrations into existing systems (a great point that centralised systems have their place)
