A salt and pepper Beef Picanha cut from the local supermarket. I’ve been watching a lot of gugafoods videos on YouTube, so thought I’d try it out – the cut came seasoned on the fat side, but I seasoned the whole thing with: sea salt, fresh ground black pepper and garlic powder.
I seared the meat on all sides for around a minute per side plus an extra minute on the top and bottom. 6 mins in total
Once seared, I placed in a pre-heated oven (220 degrees C) for 22 mins, left for a few mins, then carved and served with a nice Pinot Noir (and some chips and corn on the cob!)
