I gave an AI £100 and asked it to create a business. Day5

I was inspired by a tweet by @jacksonfall, who is using chatGPT4 to instruct him in building an online business. Here is a full transcript of my attempt on day 5 – content and suppliers again (prompts are in bold, replies are monotype, and my comments are in italic)

Day 5:

AI Boss decided to take the day off.

I still had a task-in-hand – choosing a supplier (I’ve worked in e-commerce for two decades now, so I know this is a never-ending task)

  • adding products
  • pricing products
  • shipping
  • integration with wordpress

I decided to test out my system from end-to-end, so I purchased one of my products. The checkout worked perfectly, payment was taken, the order was automatically uploaded to the suppliers site, and I got a dispatch notification from their end after a few hours.

Tweaking the website – again, another endless task, so I made some changes to:

  • emails
  • tweaking product pages
  • adding product descriptions
