We cycled from the campsite back to montpellier, waited about all day for the temperature to drop, then left along the d116. which turned out to not exist.
so we tried to get on to a road that would take us to the coast where we needed to be. motorway.
we tried a couple of different ways but it always ended in motorway.
we actually ended up at the place we got dropped off at; then found a field next to the tram station that we got on the first day and slept for a couple of hours.
