This is a short post with the protools new track shortcut keys
mac: cmd + shift + n
pc: ctrl + shift + n
That will open up the new track dialog
To change the track type
(audio, midi, aux, instrument)
mac: cmd + up / cmd + down
pc: ctrl + up / ctrl + down
To change the number of chanels per track (mono, stereo, 5.0, 5.1, 7.1, etc)
mac: cmd + left / cmd + right
pc: ctrl + left / ctrl + right
