Day 4 was easy. 0 miles. we got into the campsite at 8; made our tents, got a quick wash and slept. till my sauna felt almost like a tent and I had to get up and make some shade with my tarp and a few ray mears knots. then I slept till an hour ago (6:30 pm). plan for this evening: eat pasta; drink vino; sleep.
